Melbourne effectively lets you eat your cake and have it \u2013 all the attractions (and distractions) you\u2019d want in a major city \u2013 along with access to some amazing natural sights are all here. St Paul\u2019s Cathedral There has to be at least one cathedral on every sightseeing itinerary, doesn\u2019t there? Built in 1868 it\u2019s a breathtaking example of Gothic Revival architecture in Australia.
